National shipping costs - Spain:
* Tourline Express 24/48 h (only peninsula): 8 €.
5% comission for cash on delivery.
* Correos (Carta certificada o Paquete Azul): 6,25 €.
0.75 % + 2,68 € comission for cash on delivery.
For orders over 60 euros free shipping costs.
Shipping costs Portugal:
* Tourline Express 3-5 days approximately (only peninsula, island contact us): 8 €.
5% comission for cash on delivery.
For orders over 60 euros free shipping costs (only for peninsula).
International shipping costs:
International orders shipping costs we will be paid after placing de order, we will calculate shipping costs acording to the order destination and the weight and volumen of the parcel. If you wish to know the shipping costs for your order please contact to us: info@svoriginal.com
Payments we accept:
* Money order: you can pay us by a bank transfer, our account, if you need IBAN or any other information contact us. When we receive the bank transfer we´ll notify you and we´ll send your order.
* Cash on delivery: The payment is done when you receive the order, only for Spain and Portugal.
* Paypal: If you have a account of this payment service you can pay your order with this metod.
* Credit/debit card.
Returns:
Returns Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from SVoriginal.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 15 working days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all components and documentation. Once received, we will issue a replacement and a refund to reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We will offer you an alternative or fully refund you if we are not able to replace the items like-for-like.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 15 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all components and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we willll issue a replacement or full refund and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, tthen you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 15 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be as new when returned to us. Once youve informed us that you wish to return goods you have 10 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected the goods, well issue a full refund. (.
